Your order will be packed with care in our workshop in Sint Pancras. Shipping will mainly take place via PostNL, you will receive the track-and-trace information from us. The shipping time is (often):

• Within the Netherlands and Europe: 3 - 5 working days

• Rest of the world: 7 - 14 days.

The entire delivery time depends on the type of order:

• For off-the-shelf products, this will only be the shipping time.

• For orders, the total time depends on the size of the order.

Working with clay is patience work. Handicraft takes time. We would like to keep in touch about the progress and will report delays due to force majeure in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to inquire with us.

Prices on the website are indicative prices, the final prices are calculated and submitted at checkout. The offer based on a request is of course not binding. A written and/or oral agreement is considered binding.

Checkout goes:

• with off-the-shelf products in advance;

• for orders by appointment in two installments: 50% upon purchase and 50% after delivery.

Shipping costs are included in the checkout. Just like the VAT costs. Any customs or import duties abroad are for your account. You can ask questions at your local customs office. It is possible to receive a VAT invoice, which you can request by e-mail. The carrier is liable for damage during transport. Contact us and we'll be happy to see what we can come up with together.

We do not recommend using objects such as vases, decorative bowls and art objects for consuming food or drinks. We might have used glacé that are not food safe.. Always inquire at the time of purchase if you intend to use the item for a purpose other than that for which it is intended - for example, using art objects for serving food. We like to think along!

Tableware and drinks - in other words: everything that should logically be eaten and drunk off/our of: plates, cups, mugs, cups, serving dishes, etc. - are of course food-safe and can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

(gold) edges can fade after frequent cleaning in the dishwasher. We believe that such utensils should show signs of use. After all, they live an active life.

Returns and exchanges are possible, please contact us. We'd love to hear the reason so we can improve our product. If undamaged, the order can be returned. The shipping costs are for your own account. We would like the packaging to be returned undamaged as far as possible. We may withhold money for this, depending on the condition and type of packaging. This is because we like to reuse them.

The amount will be refunded upon receipt. You will then receive a message about this. We would like to receive the track-and-trace information and you will hear from us when the shipment has arrived.

Canceling an order is possible within 48 hours. Possibly also after 48 hours depending on the order and the start of the production process.

The smaller the order, the faster the shipment will be. Please give us a call or email and we will arrange it. Any costs that have already been made - especially with a large order on request - are for your account. We trust that we will figure it out together.
